Tobi needs someone to make their life miserable.

Hello, the Silentking here to ask if anyone is interested in forming a starting thread for Tobi. Nothing major, this is a test run of sorts for me to get into the mind set of Tobi since he is more of a minor character type. Anyone will do although military and elderly are low on priority list as prefer Tobi to encounter them later since he has personal trauma near the start of the apocalypse with them. Thank you kindly if you at least bother to give this a look and hope Tobi doesn't end up annoying too much. But I will consider it a success if he ends up annoying your character.

Also since Tobi is always on the move and it has been a while since the apocalypse started, anywhere in the US will do as a starting point.
