Dreams/goals: Kelly had dreams of becoming an Olympic track runner when she grew up, a dream that stayed with her all the way up to the day the world stopped turning, Now, She only wishes that things could go back the way they were, that she didn't have to worry about whether or not they were gonna be safe to sleep that night or whether they were gonna make it to wherever they're heading. Her main goal now has become one soul thing. Survive.
Fears: Finding herself lost without her family surrounded by the undead, being separated from her brother and big sister Alex,
Overall Personality: Kelly was the joker of the family, She doesn't like bad moods around her and will generally try her best to keep the mood light. However, This doesn't mean that she'd rather spend her time joking around than studying, on the contrary she was by far the most studious child of the lot. Like her brother Kelly finds herself caring for others more than herself and finds great enjoyment in the company of others. Taking after her mother she can be somewhat apathetic at times, especially when things get tough. But as a whole she acts as any normal girl her age would, for the most part.
Even Though Yesterday's Gone
History: Growing up in a family of six Kelly's childhood was never boring, albeit a little lonely at times due to the fact she was the middle child that separated nearly seven years between her parent's first set of kids and their second, Only being the baby of the family until she was seven or so her fondest memories to this day are the times she spent with her mother and older brother Justin before the day her younger sister Katey was born, Early on she found herself interested in track and without hesitation she joined up with her schools track team the second she had the chance. After that her life became a blur of track meets, traveling and school until the very end of life as they once knew it.
The day the end came about her family had escaped together, everyone except her father that was. They're first run in with the newfound danger that was presented to them was when a knock came upon the front door, and, as soon as her father answered the door the things were on top of him doing as would soon be known as the norm for whatever the creatures were. Making their escape in short order after that they managed to make it to the edge of town before they ran into a large horde of the creatures. In a attempt to get away from them the family pressed on, but in doing so the horde had managed to separate them, It was just Justin and her after that, until they made it to the gas station that is. There they met a small group of people, a family of three with a son a few years younger than Katey, a girl in her forties or so that tended to stick to herself and soon after their arrival, another showed. Alexandra, Or as she knew her back then, Valentina. When the day came that spelt the end of the gas station as a bastion of safety in the storm of undead the three of them escaped together, along with a number of members from the gas station in an old camper they had managed to fix up during their stent there. They stuck to the road for a while after that, mainly because they never could find a new place that suited what they were looking for but whenever Kelly would ask Justin would brush off the question with one excuses or another, it annoyed her greatly.
Things were fine for a while, even though it was a little uncomfortable sharing a small camper with eight people but the company was nice. Unfortunately it wasn't meant to last. They had stopped to refill the camper when the horde came, Justin, Kelly and Alex were the only ones to make it out of that mess. Spending a number of days in the small town of Drake just North they managed to clear the horde and reclaim the camper, it was spacious now, although lonesome without the others. Getting back on the road they soon ran into more though, a duo of sisters that had been abandoned. They both acted like soldiers which threw Kelly off, But she got along with them. Spending a good few months in their company they soon became like sisters themselves. Not finding anything worth while in their travels the decision was soon made to cross the border into Canada, and it was there that they'd find it, The perfect place, or so it seemed. The group went to check it out and Kelly was chosen to watch the camper. Now, She finds herself in a dark room somewhere she didn't recognize, a splitting headache her only companion as a bandage wraps around her head. 'what happened? Where am I?' she wonders.
