Overall Personality: Magna is a tough as nails survivor who isn't easily impressed, due to be living on the road for some time. She is a great leader and looks out what is best for her group putting them first wither this means to steal from other communities or steal from a camp. She might seem selfish at times and it may come off as paranoia due to her extreme distrust in people but once she trust you it means you have a loyal friend by your side. She is quite unpredictable making it hard for people to read her. 





History: Magna Dutton was born in Jacksonville, Florida to a drunk father and a mother who could care less. She was rarely at home and mostly was out on the streets and whenever she was home her dad was just passed out on the couch drunk and her mother was asleep with a cigarette. Even as a kid she always tried to take care of them but when she was a teenager her dad tried making a move on her and she punched him in the face. They got into a struggle and she ran away deciding to live with her uncle in Wisconsin. She didn't know much about her uncle accept that he was a mechanic and had his own family. He took her in a for awhile Magna's life was great she finished school and got a job working as a truck stop waitress. Everything seemed to be going good until her cousin Reagan was raped by a man who had powerful connections to the Mayor. She tried to look after Reagan but she was never the same and her uncle took a bribe from him as he was struggling with money at the time. She was disgusted by her uncle and so she took action and went after the man. 

She was going to break into his house but when she saw that he had his own family she backed out and waited. Eventually she made her move once he was a bar and she shared drinks with this man acting like she cared about whatever he had to say but in reality all she wanted to do was tear him limb got limb. As the two left the bar that's when she made her move as they were near his car. He opened the door for her like a gentleman but he dropped his keys as he went to pick them up Magna slammed the car door against his head over and over. She then got out and ran away. When witnesses found them and called the police he was already dead. They scanned his car for prints and Magna's name came up as she was arrested the year prior for drunk driving. She was taken in and booked for the murder of the man and during her trial her criminal defense lawyer Yumiko Shizuka believed she was innocent and during her trial she stuck to her story of saying that he attacked her and she defended herself. The trial went on for weeks and they lost the case. During her time in prison she got a prison tattoo on her left hand. She got it because she thought her life was over that she would spend the rest of her life behind bars. But during one of her visits from Yumiko a fight broke out or what seemed to be a fight. People were screaming and the guards there tried to contain the situation but sadly they were swarmed. Yumiko got the keys to Magna's cuffs from a guard who was on the ground dying from his neck wound and she uncuffed Magna and the two slipped away. Magna got out of her prison uniform once they reached Yumiko's house. The two couldn't believe what they had seen and soon after weeks of surviving in Yumiko's house they had to move on. While on the road they met siblings Connie and Kelly, Luke, Bernie among other survivors. They recently just arrived at their first community in Jones Springs in Wisconsin.
