Overall Personality: Paul Jr. is a very calculating person using his brain in finding the best way of escaping death can put on a face of being someone else if it means survival, cares about the survival of people who he cares about and most importantly his daughter to which if died would completely shatter him causing him massive emotional pain.


History: Paul Jr. is the son of Paul Spectre Sr. and Alice Spectre, he had a very rich childhood with his Father teaching him what to do when it came to bullies and teaching him many survival tactics, he didn't get on well with his brother Barry but he still cared about him deep down, Paul Jr. got interested in Law from watching crime dramas and with the support of his father he eventually took up law but it required him to leave Bar Harbor and move to New York.

Once Paul Jr. reached New York he quickly took to earning his Law Degree and this is where he met his wife Lauren who was a barista at a nearby coffee shop to his Law School and she became pregnant not long after they married, Paul still kept committed to Law but his wife decided to make her own business from home to keep an eye on their newly born daughter, eventually Paul Jr. was able to get his law degree and began putting it into action and on the side also started taking different courses at the local community college to expand his knowledge.

Eventually after his Daughters 15th Birthday the world ended and the dead began to raise, Paul Jr's Father had called his children to Atlanta to stay at the quarantine zone while he was order to go securing the rest of America alongside his army friends, unfortunately someone seemed to have come to the quarantine zone bitten and that quickly led from bad to worse and Paul Jr's Mother was bitten in the slowly devolving situation and Paul Jr. was separated from his brother but he grabbed his family and with the help of a small group of survivors was able to escape Atlanta.

Paul Jr. suggested that they make there way to Bar Harbor Maine because of his Father would probably make his way over to there and also it was on the coast so if they needed boats they could probably escape from that way, unfortunately during there trip about 5 days from Bar Harbor the group was ambushed by a group calling themselves The Disciples of The Deep Ones and tried to convince the survivors to join there convent but everyone disagreed and that caused a bloodbath resulting in the death of Paul Jr's wife Alice causing him extreme anguish and then just as they were about to kill his daughter Megan, Paul's brain turned to self preservation mode and he began sucking up to whoever seemed like was the leader and it seemed to work causing both him and his daughter to survive.

Paul was brought to an island in Maine and he was able to make out through the ritual that they were doing when he arrived that it was very possible that due to the way people were acting that they were under some kind of drug so when it was his turn eventually when they decided to him the "Black Wine" he put off from swallowing the liquid he had mild hallucinations each time but it wasn't at the extent if he swallowed and they wore off very quickly when it came to deal with the powder that the so called High Priestess had Paul Jr. would normally stuff something up his nose to avoid inhaling it.

After pretending for what felt like decades but was in fact only a couple of years another person was brought into the camp by The Disciples who everyone was told to believe was mermaid but Paul could very clearly tell it wasn't, he hadn't seen someone so beautiful though so he could see why they wanted people to believe that it was them. Paul Jr. kept tabs on the girl alongside his daughter and judging from some of the words and the way she sang he could make out that she was French and he even found out the girls name which was Sévèrine.

Unfortunately the Black Wine eventually began to not take effect and before Paul Jr. could speak to her The High Priestess found out that it wasn't working anymore and the girl was thrown into a cage and over the days had scales sewn to her skin, Paul snuck into the building she was held in on multiple occasions and slipped her some antibiotics that he had been keeping hold off and he made a plan with his daughter Megan that her and Sévèrine would escape together.

The day came and Paul Jr. made a distraction with a firecracker and he made his way to where Sévèrine was being held and knocked out one of the bigger guards from behind with a shovel, he unlocked the cage and had Megan take the wounded Sévèrine away and they were able to knock out a couple more guards, eventually Paul Jr. knew he couldn't be spotted due to him being able to provide insider knowledge to whoever found them.

Paul Jr. wised his daughter luck as he went back The Disciples of The Deep Ones, hopefully they would survive and he would be able to get rid of this twisted clan once and for all.
