As if the dead weren't enough to deal with, the Mariners are now up against the Disciples of the Deep Ones, a group of drugged out fanatics who believe the tellings of H.P. Lovecraft are real.
Rick had sat down inside his house, he hadn't sat down properly for the past couple days after arriving in this small town which was called Sullivan and surprisingly it had remained untouched there were only a couple dozen walkers here and that was short work for his group it was probably due to having a low population before the outbreak or just everyone leaving when this whole thing kicked off. He didn't care it was because of this luck that they were able to have a place that they could call home after the prison.
The prison it was still fresh in his mind they had made something great and it was very well protected but The Governor had ruined that but Rick was optimistic if they could do that to something as big as the prison maybe they could do that here. Sure there was a lot of work to do but he was in this for the long run. He still had Carl, Lori and Judith, to him this was all that mattered as long as his family was alive he had something to live for.
Rick stood back up he had to get back to helping clearing building of their supplies they had already decided that a local shop would be where they would store them because there was a lot of storage in that building so hopefully there would be supplies that hadn't perished yet maybe he could find a can of fruit he wouldn't mind something sweet

T-Dog had arrived with the rest of the group at the village called Sullivan; judging by the sign which had the population, the population may have needed to be corrected because it had an original population of over 600. The people here might have left so they could go find their families in other parts of America, and the other people here might be the walkers walking around; regardless, T-Dog would need to adjust that sign when he had time so they could correctly show the population now.
T-Dog did miss the prison. They had made quite a good living over there. Still, it was all ruined by that bastard The Governor when he came after they dealt with him the first time with even more firepower, where he found it was beyond T-Dog. Still, the prison was gone, and the group had to start again. They were fortunate to find Sullivan, but it didn't help that they lost most of the vehicles when they ran out of gas and had to walk the rest of the way.
The group had survived off a couple of bottles that had been in a few of their backpacks and the hunting done by Daryl, and god was T-Dog glad they had Daryl. It was a good thing that he didn't end up like his brother, and they were able to squash that beef pretty early on. T-Dog had been moving around and clearing up the storage building; cans, bottles and general trash were all over the place. He had got it semi-presentable by the time he started having people walking in and asking for he'd been tasked as the group's maintenance and sanitation leader by Rick. It wasn't exactly the most enjoyable job, but it helped keep everyone healthy to some degree. He'd tasked Oscar and Axel (two of the Ex-Prisoners) to go around clearing some of the blood off of the houses and disposing of the corpses that had been lying around so that people didn't pick up any diseases from Horseflies and Mosquitos.
T-Dog had noticed Rick come out of one of the buildings after T-Dog handed a can of peaches to one of the other survivors and began walking towards Rick. "Hey Rick, I've got most of the general maintenance in order. I have Oscar and Axel dealing with much of the grosser stuff and disposing of the walker corpses. Do you need anything else? I could make a deal with Daryl to see if he and a few others can start scavenging for any abandoned cars, so it's easier to scavenge for them".
Not long after Rick went outside, he was approached by T-Dog. Not even out for a minute, he's already back into Leadership mode; Rick never held it against anyone; he just wished he could have a moment to himself every now and again.
Rick listened to T-Dog mention already having people at work making this place livable and sending out Daryl and his group so they could begin getting vehicles for easier scavenging. "That seems like a good idea, T-Dog; I'll add it to my back catalogue and talk to Daryl a little later about it, but at the moment best thing to do is get this place secure and find out what's left around here that can be used as food, weapons and general hygiene, we also need to sort out the power and water situation. Many of our group are used to having these things from when we were back in the prison. After I can think of a plan, I'll bring all of us together and discuss it." Rick replied, "I was actually coming to see you anyway. I have a hankering for something sweet, a chocolate bar, or any canned fruits if we have any left." Rick said, chuckling.

T-Dog listened to Rick mention that they shouldn't start looking for stuff until they sorted out the bare essentials, which T-Dog appreciated but waiting too long could make it more challenging in the long run. Still, he supposed he had to wait until they had the council meeting with everyone else. "Guess I'll just have to wait then. Hopefully, the meeting will be someday soon; the longer we wait, the harder it will be for us," T-Dog said, rubbing his head.
T-Dog chuckled along with Rick when he said he hankered for something sweet "I think all of us need something sweet every now and again. I think I still have some canned fruit. There were at least some from what was initially scrounged up when we started clearing up some of the buildings; if you follow me, I can show you what I've got, Rick." T-Dog said, leading back to the storage building he had left not too long ago and then showed Rick where the canned goods were. "Unfortunately, we don't have any candy, but we have a few canned fruits, let's see here," T-Dog said, grabbing each can one by one. "Canned peaches, canned pineapple, canned apple and canned pears. If you fancy any of these things, just say which one, and I'll make sure I add it to the storage manifest that you claimed one of them," T-Dog said, grabbing the clipboard nearby.
Rick listened to T-Dog's worries. "Don't worry; I plan to have a meeting soon to see where everyone else is at currently and to talk about plans for the future", Rick said, scratching his beard.
Rick then followed T-Dog to the storage area, and he could already see an improvement to what it looked like when they arrived at Sullivan; a majority of the buildings had overgrown ivy on the sides, as well as a couple, boarded up windows like not many people lasted past the initial bout of the outbreak, Rick was always fortunate in that regard with none of the walkers getting him while he was in his coma. Rick listened to the canned goods they currently had, it had been a while since he had canned pineapple, and he remembered that they were always quite sweet. "I think I'll have the canned pineapple. Not often do we have those. I'll make sure to trade out with something when we have our next scavenge; I don't want to be taking things without giving something in return," Rick said with a smile to T-Dog as T-Dog wrote it down on the clipboard.
"Thanks, T-Dog I'll get someone to come over when the next meeting is and let Oscar and Axel know that I appreciate what they are doing; if you need any more help or just want to talk to me, come looking for me. I'll be trying to help clear up some of these buildings. I don't want to have many people sharing the same space if there are free buildings that just need to be cleared," Rick said, laughing before pulling the pin on the canned pineapples and grabbing one from inside the juice.
Rick then passed a pineapple to T-Dog after having one himself. "Later, T-Dog", Rick said before waving as he walked away.
