Overall Personality: Cassandra is a kind and sweet girl once you get to know her but at first she can come off as extremely paranoid even seemingly batshit crazy. But once the walls are broken down and everything is good her kindness begins to show. She is no stranger to her looks and can uses them to her advantage wither that was trying to get a better tip or get free drinks at the bar.
Even Though Yesterday's Gone
History: Cassandra was born in a small town in Ohio to a loving family. Growing up everything seemed perfect she had a great family, awesome friends but she was missing that excitement. During high school she began to show a rebellious side and at first it was the simple things like staying past curfew and a few fights with her parents but soon they just got worse and worse. When she was 18 her parents gave up and couldn't control her, she began partying all day and night acting like a wild child and she used her looks to her advantage when wanting to get free drinks. She changed her ways when she was 20 and met Mark Wilkins. He was a chef and he was the right kind of balance that Cassandra needed in her life.
She soon fixed up her relationships with her parents and got serious with her life. She decided to go to college in Atlanta wanting a new fresh start with Mark. For the next couple of years everything seemed perfect, she was happy with Mark and her new life. She got a job as a waitress in Atlanta while Mark worked in the back as a chef. Although times were tough with Mark due to his PTSD she helped him through it and couldn't be any happier with her life but that all changed when the outbreak happened. She was at work with Mark and a couple of her coworkers when it happened a man walked in bleeding from the neck and stumbling around, Kenny a coworker tried to sit the man down but was attacked by the man and bit in the throat. People ran out of the building while Cassie went to work trying to put pressure on Kenny's wound.
The manager Jose tried to help out Cassandra while she went to the back to check out the first aid but as she returned she saw Jose bit by Kenny, she soon left with Mark heading home where they stayed for about a week. The events of the restaurant were all that went through Cassandra's mind playing over and over again. They left their apartment once food and water started to run out and went to the outskirts of Atlanta where they hunkered down in a gas station. Mark left to go on a run leaving Cassie his gun while he took a bat from behind the counter. Cassie waited for Mark to return which seemed like forever but she was surprised when not one but two people found the gas station. A biker and a soldier she was at first extremely paranoid and cautious around them but soon learn to trust them. Before leaving the gas station she left Mark a note and a shot of whiskey along with a shotgun and some shells. She soon met Jack and Wysten on the road but after they got ambushed her and Wysten ran hiding in the woods going back for Jack before they were being pursued by the group. She treated Jack's wounds as best she could deciding to use herself as bait while Jack and Wysten took the nearby pickup truck and left heading off to the open road.
