Ain't as smart as he puts off (years and years and years of smoking has dulled his mind), He is terrible at split on the dime decisions having a dulled sense of time so Kelley is better at thought out plan kinda guys, unknown diabetic, temperamental, and sometimes to laid back trying to be a clown
Dreams/goals: Before the end Kelley had become a loud advocate of legalization of marijuana in Virginia; He had made small changes mainly decrimilzation of certain amounts and had opened the first pot shop in the state.
Fears: Dying. He ain't much afraid of what the common man is but he ain't ready to die. Being a slave or restrained.
Overall Personality:
Kelley is a blood red holler raised good ol'boy from Virigina. He is quick witted, but slow in the brains. Extremely loyal to his friends, but piss him off or backstab him and you can sure as shit believe he'll throw hands. Kelley is funny and sarcastic, he is all about a good time, and a little wreckless.


History:
Kelley was born in the mountains of Virginia in a small town called Wise, where everyone and their Uncle was a coal miner. Kelleys father was a coal miner and a farmer, which kept Kelley busy most of the time helping tend the land starting as early as 8 years old. Kelley has one sister who moved to Florida shortly after getting out of school, they haven't had much contact. Once he hit his teens Kelley lost his father when he passed away from cancer, school became secondary to him as he took on the farm and the land by himself.

He started smoking pot at 17 when he helped some out of town hippies from Colorado that had took a wrong turn breaking down on the road going to his house. They also became his first business partners when they told him that his land would be great for growing marijuana. The next couple of years they all worked on the backside of the farms property installing a grow op in an abandoned coal mine. When he was 24 his mother passed away from unknown cancer. He was given the entire property.

Thinking on a much larger scale Kelley went back to school to become a lawyer, which he had been working on when the world ended, and a business major. He had become a big voice in the legalization of marijuana by the end of his education as a business professional. During this time they had decriminalized medicinal and rec use of weed on a state level but battling hard for Federal. The hippies he first met had went in with him to open a marijuana dispensary when things started to turn....when the vibes went harsh...

Kelley and his employees have managed very well with using his farm as refugee camp for survivors, they have space for people to stay, food and food to grow, and any other means to restart they have it. Kelley has become the defecto leader with a solid record of 2 defends of his property. He plans to branch out and takeover his hometown over time one inch at a time from the dead.
