A Fishy Beginning

Finishing the introductions Justin let his hand rest on his sisters shoulder in comfort as she sat next to him in the presence of the new faces, It seemed that the new Sara had a similar interest in books and knowledge as Ellie did which was something that brought Justin a small sense of hope that Ellie would finally open up to someone, or at least find someone to talk to and possibly make friends with. Listening as Ziggy began answering the question that was posed to her Justin's heart sank at the sound that she was barely out of her teen years and that her thick German accent was because she was a foreign exchange student when the world went to shit. Justin shook his head at the thought that she didn't even know what had happened to her own family back home, nor had a way to check at the given time. It was something that if given the chance he was defiantly going to help fix.

Returning his gaze to the three newcomers he was slightly puzzled by the excitement that covered Sara's features which seemed to contrast with the look of frustration on Ziggy. Only catching the last bit where she mentioned that she would go be dumb somewhere else before her along with the Native American named Ayita walked towards the two of them and took up a seat next to him and Kelly, which quickly caused Kelly to move to the other side of Justin putting him between her and the newcomers as she peaked around him at them.

"Hey girls. Everything okay?" He asked as he looked towards the two of them, Ayita took up Ziggy's hand and leaned into her. So that's what they're relationship is. He thought as he heard Ayita begin to comfort Ziggy who soon turned to him and thanked him for their hospitality. "Don't take their silence as them being mean Ziggy. They all get wrapped up in what they're doing a lot when they know their safe for the time."

"NOT ME JAY!" Clara and Emmi called out as they had been listened intently to everything anyone in the group had said. "Well, Except Clara and Emmi. they'll talk to ya no matter what." He joked as he provided a comforting smile to the both of them.

"Y-Yea.. W-We all have our own thing... Really.. S-Sarah and Fearah like their guns and training... Ellie, Always reads. Like.. Always. and C-Clara and Emmi like sight seeing." Kelly responded cautiously as she peeked around Justin at the two of them. "S-So don't feel like.. They're ignoring you.. On purpose okay?"

It was around this time that he heard Alexandra call from inside the camper that dinner was ready and in turn heard Ziggy ask if her and Ayita could wash up before they eat. Justin smiled at the request. "Of course." He answered. "Hey squirt. Mind showing them to the bathroom?" He asked as he looked down at Kelly. "W-Why me?" she asked. "Well, Because it'll be good for you. Please. for me?" He said planting a kiss on her forehead.

"O-Okay..." She said as she got to her feet and stepped out of the way of Alexandra who was making her way out of the camper with a somewhat large pot of stew made with ingredients from the store of MRE's they had in the back portion of the camper. "Th-This way." she said as she tried to hide the eye patch that covered her left eye. Waiting for the two to begin to follow before stepping up into the camper she made her way through the small corridor that led back to the main bed. Coming to stand next to the door to the bathroom she waited for both the girls to get up the stairs before she pointed to the door. "T-The bathrooms in there, pull the knob up and to the right for hot water, left for cold." She said as she stepped back a short distance to let them through. Waiting for the door to shut before returning to the table outside.

Reaching the bathroom nestled neatly between the main living area and the back bed area of the camper Ayita smiled at Kelly as she listened to the young blonde explain how to operate the shower. "Thank you Kelly." She greeted in a well mannered and steady tone of voice. Kelly nodded in return and with a few quick and nervous glances back towards her and Ziggy headed back out the door.

Nodding in acknowledgment at Ziggy's explanation that she was going to fetch them clothes Ayita held her smile until she saw her blonde hair disappear back through the door to the outside. Sitting on the toilet which lid was down she looked around the room, there wasn't much in the way of decor but that wasn't anything to be surprised about, her eyes moved to the shower, a small stall with a singular shower head stretched the distance of the bathroom on the right, it's length just right to fit two people, The sight caused the thought of what she was about to do to cross her mind again and nerves instantly flared up again. Am I really gonna go through with this? She thought to herself as she listened for the sound of Ziggy's approaching footsteps. Thoughts still ran through her mind when those exact sounds met her ears a few moments later which was quickly followed by Ziggy reappearing through the bathroom door.

"Wel-" she began to say but quickly went quiet at the sight of what Sieglinde was doing, without a second thought she had begun to strip down to hop in the shower. Ayita hid her face for a moment before hearing Ziggy apologize. "N-No, it's fine. It just surprised me is all.. I mean, It's only natural right? I.. I remember hearing my sisters talk about it sometimes so.. It's just something couples do.. right?" She stammered out. "I'm fine.. Don't worry." she added offering a smile as she too began to nervously strip away her clothing. Reaching the point of no return as underwear was all that was left Ayita stood there for a moment nervously as she searched Sieglinde's face, as she did she heard her ask if she wanted to keep them on. Ayita stood quiet for a moment before she shook her head. "It's.. It's okay.. I'd rather have them to put back on anyway." And with that she nervously stripped them away and stood before Ziggy. "Err.. Well.. She said pull up and to the right for hot right?" she asked, trying to deflect her nerves of being naked in front of another girl her own age, let alone the person she was romantically involved with.

Turning towards the shower with her side profile to Sieglinde she pulled up on the knob and water began flowing out of the shower head. "Err, You.. You can get in first.. If you'd like." She said smiling nervously to the blonde, inside she hoped that Ziggy would say something, anything, to comfort or sooth her.

Shedding the last piece of clothing she had Ayita discarded it upon the ground before turning coyly towards the shower and slightly away from Ziggy out of nervousness and embarrassment. Looking to Ziggy out of the corner of her eye she saw that the blonde was now looking her up and down as she shed her own clothes. "I-Is something wrong?" she asked nervously before feeling Ziggy's hand take her own and begin to guide her into the running water of the shower where she stood with her heart feeling like it was going to beat out of her chest at any moment.

Next thing she knew Ziggy had stepped in after her and pulled her to her and pressed her lips to Ayita's. She blinked for a moment at the sudden contact but as quickly as the moment came it went and the Native American girl found the stress of everything that was on her shoulders begin to melt away. From the shower, from the close contact with the one she found herself falling in love with or a mixture of both she didn't know, but she did know that she never wanted it to end. Feeling the girls skin press against her own she felt her face go red but didn't make an effort to pull away.

Feeling their lips part Ayita leaned forward not wanting it to end, A smile had firmly planted itself on her features by this point and her cheeks shown a bright crimson which just grew in intensity at Ziggy's words. "Is- Is that so?" she stammered out at the comment of heaven, about to say something further she found the words catch in her thought as she felt the weight of Ziggy's head on her shoulder. Her hand came to rest on the blondes head and gently slide her hand down her head before restarting the motion from the top. "Can we stay here forever.." She heard herself say, the words catching even herself off guard as it was only meant to be a thought, but there it was.

But this too came to an end far sooner than Ayita was hoping. Thankfully however it seemed that with each pleasurable thing to come to an end an equally pleasurable thing replaced it. Shortly she found herself facing the wall away from Sieglinde and felt herself begin to melt under her touch. The feeling of her lovers hands running through her hair brought immense happiness and pleasure to her, along with a feeling she wasn't familiar with. It was the same one she had felt the last time Sieglinde had touched her. What's this feeling? She thought as she closed her eyes to fully enjoy the sensation until it as well, came to an abrupt end drawing a disappointed moan from the Native American girl. Did it have to end so soon? she thought as Ziggy asked for her to return the favor. All disappointment left her mind at that instant and was replaced with happiness. Pure bliss flowed through her as she lathered her hands up with the same gel Ziggy had used on her just moments ago she rubbed them together before looking at the girl shyly. "Please.. Please turn around.." She stammered.

Setting to rubbing Sieglinde's hair with both hands she found the smile on her features growing more as she ran her hands through the length of the girls hair and down to the small of her back, stopping short of going lower from fear of crossing some imaginary line before returning back to her head. Ayita had long begun to feel a sensation that was still foreign to her. A sort of buzz in her mind as she felt the heat rise in her body. Something that just screamed that she wanted to touch Ziggy more, and that she wanted her to touch her more. But being inexperienced as she was on these matters it left her at a loss for an explanation. All she knew was that she wanted more. "We-We really need to do this... Again.. Sometime." she stammered in a mix of ecstasy and nervousness.

Sara smiled as she saw Ziggy and Ayita join them at the table. As they sat next to her she smiled at her friends as they looked quite refreshed after their shower. "You guys look great. Was the water hot?" asked Sara to either one as she looked at Ziggy then at Ayita.  When Justin addressed her question Sara felt awkward now she understood people had different views on religion but as she heard the groan from the woman named Ellie she decided not to press on it. She cleared her throat and closed her eyes as she put her hands together praying. She decided to say her grace in silence before picking up her utensils and digging in. She enjoyed the stew and having a meal in her stomach that wasn't canned food tasted like a five star meal to her. When Justin asked the girls how was it Sara looked up at him and nodded as she enjoyed it. "It's good I'm not gunna lie. I gotta say Ziggy I think this stew here gives your beans a run for their money." joked Sara to Ziggy as she smiled at her friend. "So how did you guys all meet up? We're you together when it started or did you meet up on the road like we did." asked Sara to Justin. Sara opened her book and pulled out a pen from her pocket ready to write down whatever information she could get. She believed that one day these stories would matter and in her mind she believed she was making history getting these stories.

Sara didn't want to hound Justin and his group with twenty questions so she figured the most important question of how they all met was a good one to start with. As she looked around the table she saw people enjoying the food and smiling. Sara once again smiled and for a moment she thought of her family and how every fourth of July they would go to Old Orchard Beach and have a picnic as they watched the fireworks. She remembered her little sister and her having fun with the sparklers and how her parents always enjoyed the finale of the fireworks. She sat there getting lost in thought before snapping back as she shook her head and went back to eating her bowl of stew.

In Bar Harbor, Marco was working the kitchen with the other prisoners. Since his failed escape attempt with his family he was seprated from his wife and as for his daughters they were gone as far as he knew. He was being watched by a few of the guards and as he walked by a guard to grab a roller he was kicked in the back of the knee and as he fell to the ground he was stomped on a few times. "Fucking traitor! Where is your fucking family now huh?!" yelled a guard before he was stopped by Kenji who stormed in. "Hey! Hey! What the fuck is going on here!" yelled Kenji to the guard as he got in between them. Marco had been used to seeing this kind of treatment as he sided with Dick and his grunts but he only did that to buy time and find a way out. Sadly since now being a prisoner he was used to being beaten now on a daily basis. Kenji looked at the  prisoner who had a bloody nose and as he stood up Kenji hit him the stomach with the butt of his rifle before looking at the guard. "Carry on but if you hit him again...Make sure it's in the stomach or legs. So he can't get blood in the food." said Kenji to the guard who nodded. As Kenji walked away he could hear the sound of Marco getting hit yet again.
