Listening to everyone's banter Ayita sat silently holding her girlfriends hand. A polite smile stayed firmly planted on her features which only faltered when Ziggy and Sara began bouncing jokes off one another. Hearing Sieglinde pose the question on whether or not folklore would be written about their new world She was intrigued by the analytical answer that the older girl Ellie provided. It really made you think. Shifting her weight Ayita looked out at the shoreline that grew ever closer she wondered what they were in for once they landed before feeling the grip on her hand grow tighter snapping her out of her thought.
"What? S-Sorry, I was thinking." Ayita answered with a blush as she refocused on Ziggy who thankfully was kind enough to repeat her statement, She said she was just telling Ellie and the others that getting people out of their shells was one of her specialty and that Ayita was a testament to those abilities. Ayita offered a smile to her girlfriend. "Yes. She's.. She's good at that." Ayita answered with a chuckle of embarrassment before returning to what she was doing.
Staying quiet for a time Ayita looked back at Ellie and Sara with a curious look in her eyes, The older girl that had been quiet for the most part up til now suddenly spoke with an enthusiasm she had yet to hear from her. Searching the two girls features Ayita noticed that Ellie was holding Sara's notebook out to her and pointing to a certain passage written in it which from what Ayita could gather from what Ellie was saying spoke of a woman named Amalie that she had met on her travels.
"Who's Amalie?" She asked mere seconds before the question was repeated by Fearah. Hearing Fearah ask though peaked Ayita's curiosity. 'Who's Amalie? Even her own companions don't know who she is.' Ayita thought to herself before hearing Sara begin to answer the questions posed by Ellie.
Ayita decided to go silent as she listened and watched Ellie's face begin to light up, Whoever this person was she was special to this girl. Mother? Older sister? only time would tell she supposed.
