Chris, Jack, Wysten and Troy waited for the food to arrive and when it did Troy let the guests dig in first. He leaned against the wall and let Mallory do the talking and once everything was said Chris looked to his two men then at Mallory. "Well this is a lot to take in." said Chris to Mallory. He once again looked to Jack and Wysten and both men turned to Mallory. "I'm in...I found my daughter while with Chris and I remember you told me of this place when we first met. To be honest I didn't know if it was still standing while we were out on the road but it is and you bet your ass I'll gladly help out." said Jack to Mallory. "I gotta redeem myself after that whole deal with the cannibals. I'll protect our home." said Wysten to Mallory. Troy let out a chuckle as he stared at the two men. "Look's like the band is back together." said Troy with a smirk. Chris leaned forward looking down at the table for a moment but he looked up nodding as he bit his lower lip.

"It's settled then we're in. We have about twenty fighters give or take. Me and my brother Clay have been the one teaching them how to use a gun and melee weapons." said Chris to Mallory. Troy then cleared his throat before asking Chris a question. "How many guns you got?" asked Troy to Chris who turned to look at the biker. "About a whole van worth. Been stocking up in the different places we went too." said Chris to Troy. Chris than turned back to Mallory. "You said a meeting was happening in a few days with two other communities? Well with all due respect I want to be there." said Chris to Mallory. Troy chuckled and shook his head lightly as he did Chris turned to look back at him. "It's a meeting between the leaders of the communities not an open house." said Troy to Chris.

Wearing an over the top headdress one of her followers had made her, Tammi-Lynn stepped forward on the altar to Dagon where her people gathered. The Executioner stood next to her, arms crossed making sure nobody else would speak. Another one of them hit on a gong, and just like that everyone was silent.

"My people!" Tammi-Lynn commenced. "Dagon has saw fit to bestow upon us more acolytes to join our ranks! Tonight they will face the Embrace of Dagon to find out if they are worthy, or if they are to be cast into the Deep as a sacrifice to him!"

"They're not worthy!" one of her followers immediately shouted. "Those children killed my Jeremiah! Shot his head right off with their heathen instruments! How can they be worthy if they kill Dagon's most devoted!? I demand they be sacrificed immediately!"

Luckily Tammi-Lynn had anticipated resistance from her followers' ranks. As much as they seemed devoted to Dagon, they sometimes questioned losing their family members. Tammi-Lynn knew she'd have to come up with a good reason, and make an example of those who'd keep up their defiance. Her handmaiden Chalyse hissed at the man from beside the High Priestess.

"Silence Ichabod!" the Executioner shouted. "You dare question Dagon's most holy servant and make demands!? How dare you! Silence thy tongue or feel my rod, in the name of Dagon I command you!"

Tammi-Lynn knew she'd only have to say one word and that giant buffoon would make short work of Ichabod, but she also knew she couldn't afford to lose any more of her followers. She'd have to be diplomatic about this; some of her followers followed her because of the drugs she provided. Others like Ichabod followed on pure faith and they had theirs severly shaken the last couple of days.

"Hush Mordecai." Tammi-Lynn said to the Executioner. "Dagon has compassion for those who sacrificed themselves, as does he for those they leave behind."

She then turned to Ichabod, the grieving father who had lost his son during the attack on New Haven.

"In his name, I will forgive your transgression for you are speaking out of grief Ichabod." Tammi-Lynn spoke. "However he does not forgive those who question his will. And Dagon's will is that these children become his faithful servants."

Tammi-Lynn then walked off the altar and into the crowd, towards Ichabod. Chalyse and the Executioner followed behind her. Tammi-Lynn now stood in front of Ichabod, grabbed his head with both hands and put her forehead against his.

"In Dagon's name, you will open your heart for these newcomers and forgive their transgressions against us, as we have done all." Tammi-Lynn said. "Less the Deep shall be forever denied to you, and you will never be reunited with dearest Jeremiah, who gave his all in the service of Dagon."

To make it more theatrical than she already had, Tammi-Lynn kissed Ichabod on the lips. She then smiled at him and turned around, walking back to the altar with Chalyse and the Executioner in tow.

"Begin the Embrace of Dagon!" Tammi-Lynn shouted. "Bring forth the acolytes to their field of testing!"

Tammi-Lynn then started walking to the pool area of the estate they occupied. Once she arrived, she sat on a throne her followers had made for her, with Chalyse at her feet and the Executioner next to her. The Matron took her place beside her as well, as did the Maiden, who was to bear the personification of Dagon into this world.

Tammi-Lynn just hoped her followers wouldn't fuck up the prisoners' test, and kill them in the process. From what she had been told those kids from up north were adamant in building traps, and she could use their expertise in the near future.

Jeanie had bad coordination and was clumsy as hell to begin with, but having to walk with a bag over her head while being chained by the neck to her friends and the two girls from Coalport was a new level of scary. It didn't help that her hands and feet were chained together as well, leaving very little room for stability.

She fell down more than she walked, probably to much annoyance from her captors and possibly other prisoners too, and felt somewhat relieved when they were made to stop. She was out of breath, the hood took much of her air away and the physical strain was enormous. Add to that her heart was pounding in fear of not knowing what was going to happen.

She listened to what she thought was the crazy girl leading the rest of these lunatics but all she could gather was that they were even crazier than she first anticipated. They were then being marched again for a bit further, until they were made to stop and the hood was finally removed from their heads.

Jeanie coughed as the cold fall air hit her lungs, but she was glad she was finally able to get more oxygen in her system. When she finally regained some of her composure she saw torches arranged around what had previously been a pool, which was filled with dark green water and had algae all over.

When she looked closer however, she was able to make something else out in the water, which made her gulp in fear. There was also a rusty chain starting from the other side of the pool, which then went through the water and ended up on the side of which they were standing. Although filled with fear, Jeanie's mind was still able to put all these things together and she took a few steps back, towards Terry and Latara.

"Oh no no no, guys! Not good!" Jeanie said.

"What!?" Latara asked.

"The water, look!"

Latara looked at the water and the otherwise brave girl couldn't help but shriek too.

"Fuck! Jellyfish!" Latara shouted. One of the cultists pushed them to which, due to them still being chained together, they all fell down. A cultist pushed a spear in their faces so they'd all stay down for the time being.

The young black woman, the one who was always with the cultists' leader and who looked like she came straight out of a horror movie, then came to them and glanced them over while smiling in an evil manner. It became clear to Jeanie that she was picking one of them to go first to whatever they had planned for them. Jeanie felt relieved but guilty that the Coalport girl Stacey was the first one.

"This scared little bird shall go first." Chalyse spoke.

"No, let me go!" Stacey screamed. "Leave me be! Get off me!"

Stacey resisted admirably but she was no match for the cultists. She was taken of the chain gang, her clothes ripped from her body to her underwear, and attached to the rusty cable that went into the pool of jellyfish.

"My Lady, at your will!" Chalyse spoke and look the cultists' leader, who gave a nod and waved her hand.

Stacey was then pushed into the water, and started screaming and splashing about. Her screams seemed to be those of someone in pain, rather than someone in terror. Jeanie cringed knowing this was going to happen to her soon as well.

The cultists on the other side of the pool then started turning a wheel, roping in the chain, and Stacey was being pulled forward in the length of the pool. Not once did she stop screaming. Jeanie pinched her eyes shut and wished her hands weren't bound together, so that she could muffle her ears, but alas.

Stacey was pulled out of the pool once they had dragged her across the entire length and brought away from the pool area. The leader's handmaiden then chose Brooklyn to go next. The blonde girl from Coalport kept a serious look on her face, she turned to Jeanie, Terry and Latara right before she was grabbed.

"Don't give'em the satisfaction." Brooklyn spoke.

Brooklyn didn't resist, she let herself get stripped naked, chained up and walked to the edge of the pool.

"Go eat a bag of dicks cunt." Brooklyn said, flipped off the handmaiden and then jumped in the pool herself without being pushed.

"Brave..." Latara spoke softly.

And brave would be an understatement. Brooklyn allowed herself to be pulled through the pool without screaming once. She was put on her knees and she was clearly in pain, but she managed to spit at one of the cultists before she was lifted up and brought away.

Jeanie looked at Terry and Latara. She wished she could say something that would bring some solace. Maybe they wouldn't survive this ordeal, but she couldn't let some things be unsaid now that they were possibly staring death in the face.

"T-Terry..." Jeanie then suddenly spoke. "I want you to know... I regret a great many things. Mostly things I never got to do. B-But what I regret most is... is never being your friend back in school... W-We could've been misfits together. Your my best friend and I love you T. And Latara... thank you for being my friend, and for everything else. I never knew acceptance like that until we came to New Haven."

"Jeanie... don't talk like that!" Latara answered.

Jeanie got hit in the back of the head with a spear, one of the cultists didn't like them talking. Jeanie looked up at him in anger and defiance.

The handmaiden then turned to those left; Latara, Terry and Jeanie. She toyed with them, walking back and forth until she finally let her creepy ass finger land on Jeanie. A part of Jeanie wanted to fight them, resist them any way she could like Brooklyn had done before. But she then realized her energy would best be conserved for what would happen in the pool. She had never been the best of swimmers, being submerged made her coordination even worse. And although the jellyfish had probably already been rattled by now by Stacey and Brooklyn being pulled through them, she decided to try and move as little as possible, if the situation would allow it.

She allowed herself to be stripped of her clothing and to be attached to the chain. She wanted to wait until the last possible moment to get in the water, so she didn't until a couple of cultists threw her in.

Almost immediately Jeanie felt like she was being stung by the jellyfish. She held her breath and tried not to scream. She pinched her eyes shut and felt that she was being pulled forward. It seemed to last an eternity. The water was ice cold and she didn't know if the pain came from the cold or if she was being stung. At the end she couldn't help but let out a scream right before she was pulled out of the pool and flung on the side.

Jeanie crawled into a fetal position, it was cold and she could already feel the stings of the jellyfish. Two men picked her up and brought her to a place in the forest, where Stacey and Brooklyn were bound up as well. One small fire lit it up, and was meant to provide them warmth as well. It hardly provided any comfort. Jeanie's hands were bound behind her back against a pole in the ground, next to Stacey, and her feet were bound together as well. She didn't expect however to be bound by the neck with a piece of barbed wire. She struggled to breathe for a second, then felt something pinch against her throat.

The pain from the stings became worse. Jeanie tried to look down at her body and limbs, and could make up red flare ups on her skin from where the jellyfish had gotten her.

How was she going to survive this? How was anyone going to survive this? The situation was hopeless, and if the cold wouldn't get them, perhaps the jellyfish venom would. More and more she became convinced that they wouldn't survive this one. She felt like passing out but fought to stay awake until they brought Terry back, so she could at least see her best friend one last time.

Well guess Maria was in the Militia now and she would be in her first battle no less as she didn't partake in the Battle of Bar Harbor due to her leg and not wanting to be a burden on anyone. Still though on the inside she was freaking out and Gabby freaking out obviously didn't help. But still she had gun training and bow and arrow training under her belt so maybe she was ready after all. As she entered the STG room with the Gabby and Kinsley she saw Kellen. As soon as she saw him she rolled her eyes and just leaned against the wall letting Kinsley and Gabby handle it, sure she could have said something to Kellen but it wouldn't have mattered besides all he cared about was the Militia at least in her eyes it seemed that way. Once Kellen booted up the laptop he began to look over the flies they had on Dagon. Maria turned her head as she saw the door open and saw that Megan walked in saying hi to Kinsley. Maria just waved at the girl as didn't really know her all to well. But some of the flies that Kinsley put on the desk and began to look them over. "Okay so we know Dagon is a sea deity and I'm assuming these followers like to be near the sea. What if..." said Maria but she stopped herself as she was in a deep thought for a moment.

"Crazy idea what if they are held up in a hotel or the beach?" asked Maria with a shrug anything was possible at this point.

After breakfast Ayako was down at the archery range that they had set up for training. It was simple targets but it worked she was just practicing away always hitting the target in the dead center.

She would need to talk to Mallory about getting a class set up for archery training although maybe she could ask Claudia to set it up. Near by was Magna sitting on some steps eating an apple. Luke and Bernie were off exploring the place, Kelly, Yumiko and Connie were talking to the residences, Ted was helping with the militias' vehicles, lastly Michelle and Aubrey were probably helping out in the cafeteria. Magna watched the Japanese woman as she was killing it on the targets.

Magna finished her apple tossing it aside as she pulled out one of her knives taking aim she let out a few deep breaths before throwing her knife into the target.

Ayako turned her head towards the woman named Magna. Now George was the leader of the Wisconsin group but Ayako noticed Magna had hear own little group. She noticed how they always had a table to themselves almost isolating them away for the others. Ayako just simple looked back at her target and kept on practicing.

"Megs, you're up!" Kinsley immediately responded after seeing her old friend up and about. She went over to Megan and gave her a hug, then held her by the shoulders, looked her in the eyes and smiled.

"Doing better?" Kinsley asked. "Got some rest?"

Kinsley then realized Megan didn't know the rest of the gang, so introductions were in order.

"I'm not sure who you knew before." Kinsley said. "You might remember Gabby though?"

Kinsley pointed at her skinny, could've-been-a-fashion-model-had-the-world-not-ended, best friend who for a moment pretended not to be mad at her boyfriend Kellen and took the grimace off her face and smiled.

"Hi!" Gabby said. "I think we might've been at a few birthday parties together as children, and if I'm not mistaken the pool as well? I was blonder as a child so it's cool if you don't remember."

Gabby shrugged then folded her arms again and got back to being mad at Kelso. Kinsley just went on with the introductions.

"That's Maria, her sister Sara was one of the people that saved you." Kinsley continued. "And Kellen... well... we love Kellen, we just don't like him so much at the moment."

"Jury's still out on that!" Gabby spoke. Kellen was just quiet and looked at the laptop screen.

"Long story." Kinsley spoke. "Well, not so much but we just can't get into it right now. We have to focus. You see, Claudia..."

"Don't tell her!" Kellen interrupted. "We weren't supposed to tell anyone! She shouldn't even be here!"

Kinsley looked at Kellen and her eyes shot lightning at him. Oh his militia and following orders to the letter attitude.

"Yes Kellen, let's make a presentation on our enemies without using the input of someone who's, you know, actually been there and lived it!?" Kinsley answered.

"Idiot." Gabby sighed.

Kinsley then turned to Megan. She realized Megan might just not be up for it though. It was best to make sure.

"So we're supposed to make a presentation on the enemy for Mallory's big announcement." Kinsley spoke. "But it's all a bit on the hush-hush right now. We could really use your input though. That is, if you're up for it? If not, it's cool. I won't make you do anything you don't want to. If it's all still too fresh or painful..."

Kinsley looked at Megan and put her hand on Megan's shoulder. She'd hate for Megan to get traumatized again and be put in a hospital bed just because she wouldn't be up for it. No, this was Megan's choice and if she couldn't handle it, Kinsley wouldn't make her.

It was weird to have someone else other than family hug Megan after so long she was still getting used to non-cultists after being around them for so long the hug back that Megan gave was wooden like she didn't know what to do when hugging even though it wouldn't have been any different than hugging family "Yeah I'm up, I feel slightly better I was on my feet for days so it will take a while before I'm feeling one-hundred percent but I was told I was at least able to walk around so hopefully that will help. I had my first good night sleep in a long time though so that definitely helped felt good to not be asleep on the floor for once" Megan replied to Kinsley's question about whether she was feeling better or not.

Megan then listened to Kinsley introduce everyone and Gabby's name kind of sparked some recognition and then when Gabby said about going to parties and that she used to have blonder hair that twinged the memory in Megan's mind "Yeah I remember you just about, it's been so long that it's hard to remember much from before all of this but it's nice to see you again Gabby" Megan said doing a tiny two finger salute on her forehead towards Gabby.
Kinsley then introduced Maria and Megan then did a quick nod "Tell your sister thank you, I didn't want to be stuck with those freaks anymore and it was nice to finally have a rescue team after so much running" and then Megan laughed when Kinsley said about not liking Kellan so much at the moment "I have a feeling that I'm missing quite a bit of that story but nice to meet you as well Kellan".

Megan's demeanour changed when Kinsley mention about them making a presentation on the group she was in not too long ago "I knew I would have to do this eventually anyway, I kinda want this over and done with those people were monsters and freaks, I can provide some knowledge but I didn't know everything that was going on they wouldn't let me do much because I was a kid when I joined but I remember my Dad telling me a few things while we were alone" Megan said taking a quick seat down because she didn't want to be standing when she started to talk because she knew it might be a while she would be standing otherwise.

Megan played with a hair as she began to recount some things she remember "The group calls themselves the Disciples of the Deep Ones they follow most of the writings of H.P Lovecraft, that weird author who wrote about Cthulhu and stuff, they take this weird drink that's called Black Wine, I don't know what's in it but most people who join are required to drink it, I was kind of lucky that I was able to avoid having it when I joined and I just had to pretend that I was like the rest of the people who took it afterwards to avoid suspicion" Megan then took a quick breath, playing with more of her hair as she was remembering more stuff that went on, the playing with her hair got more strong and she accidentally pulled out some "Sorry, clearly I haven't got to that point yet where I can casually talk about it, I suppose I can answer some questions though if you have any?".

Terry was in a daze he couldn't tell what was real or if this was all a dream. His throat dry as sand from lack of water and he had trouble keeping up his balance from lack of sleep. These cultists were doing a real number on Terry at least mentally they were. Finally his hood came off and it took a minute for his eyes to adjust to the torches but when his eyes did adjust he noticed a dark green pool seemingly filled with algae, his first thought was an alligator just hiding in the water waiting for his meal. But to his relief somewhat it was jellyfish but Terry didn't know how bad jellyfish were he just knew never to get stung by one. He fell to the floor and as he did his left knee took the whole impact of his bodyweight and he winced in pain. "Fuck that hurt." said Terry softly.

Terry's eyes shifted around he could see a lot of the cultists around and a few stuck out to him but he noticed a man sitting down in a chair instantly watching them and beside him was a girl he had seen, a prisoner chained up and she was missing her right leg and arm. They were covered up in makeshift bandages but still drops of blood were coming out from the soaked bandages. The Seeker just petted her head as if she was a cat on his lap yet the girl didn't respond to it in fact she was unconscious.

Terry turned back as he saw the first girl from Coalport named Stacey get taken and her screams were shaking Terry to his core but hearing Brooklyn and seeing her bravery in the face of these freaks put his mind at ease for a moment. He turned to Jeanie as he heard her spoke his name and then she poured her heart out and the ease that he just had was replaced with fear once again. Terry tried reaching his head out to Jeanie but that earned him a knee to the jaw and Terry fell to the floor for a moment. "It's okay...It's okay." said Terry softly as he laid on the floor briefly before sitting himself up to the position he was in before. Once Jeanie went in Terry tried to stand up but was knocked down to his knees. He wept softly as he saw Jeanie being dragged though the pool. When she was dragged away Terry just shook his head until now it was his turn. As he was brought forth in front of the cult leader he looked at her as tears ran down his face as he was being stripped. "Why...Why do this?!" screamed Terry at the cult leader and the henchmen that surrounded her. The Seeker stood up walking towards Terry and as he stood in front of him he leaned in and inhaled deeply before slowly backing away. "This is Dagon's Will that's all you need to know." said the Seeker before he let out a laugh followed by pushing Terry in the pool.

Terry didn't have time to hold his breath yet he struggled in the water as he was being pulled forward the stringers from the jellyfish were the worst pain he has ever felt and just as he came up for air Terry let out a blood curling scream before getting dragged out of the pool. Terry feel to the floor shaking uncontrollably trying to catch his breath but he soon was brought to where Jeanie, Brooklyn and Stacey were at. Terry's eyes shifted to them and then the fire. "We have t-to get out h-here." said Terry softly his voice and body were shaking uncontrollably from the pool and the strings from the jellyfish were not helping at all.

Meanwhile at the gate of Bar Harbor.

Mark was on watch with Ken and Rodney. It was rather quiet on watch with Ken making a dirty joke every now and then to the annoyance of Mark and Rodney. "Alright fellas one more joke. Why does Santa Claus have such a big sack? He only comes once a year." said Ken as he let out a hearty laugh. Rodney rolled his eyes and Mark tried to brush it off but he let out a chuckle. "Alright I'll give you a six out of ten on that one." said Mark to Ken who had a big smile on his face. "Well you're gunna love this-" said Ken before he was cutoff by Rodney. "Hey Mark I see people out there!" said Rodney. Mark took the binoculars that were near him and he could see what looked like young kids on a horse with an injured one in a wagon.

"Hey we have what looks to be kids coming at the gate with an injured kid. Cassie come down here quick and Claudia wouldn't mind the back up if possible." said Mark over the radio.

Jeanie was breathing heavily as the pain from the stings only got worse, and the cold only added to it. When Terry was brought in she watched him get tied to a pole near her, he uttered that they had to get out of there but if she was being honest with herself she absolutely saw no way out from this one, especially now that they had been deliberately injured and poisoned.

She was about to say something when the big lady the cultists' referred to as the Matron came by with a couple of henchmen. Jeanie shuddered when she saw the bottle of black wine which they had previously been fed before, and knew they were about to get another dose.

Finally Latara was brought in, and after she was tied up Jeanie was the first one to be force-fed the hallucinogen. She tried to resist but one of the henchmen kept her nose shut and forced her jaw open, then kept her nose mouth shut so she had no other option than to swallow it, as she knew spitting it out would result in a beating. When they had finished with Jeanie, they started with the others.

Jeanie felt herself slip away, like being anaestisized in the hospital. It wasn't too long before she slipped into another induced nightmare.

She found herself once more in school, the day of the outbreak. Only this time she was all alone in the classroom. She looked around, but there was no one around. As she sat at her desk, she then heard a voice she had thought never to hear again.

"Hey there Dorkus Enormous! Miss me? Of course you did!"

At the teacher's desk sat none other than Tracey Brennan, laid back in the chair with her feet on the desk. She smiled, oh that venomous two-faced smile of hers, the one that always got her out of trouble, the one that could convince people she wasn't the absolute demon that tormented poor souls all through the day, weeks, months, and years.

Jeanie shrieked and screamed the scream of her lifetime. There she was, her tormentor, the Scourge of Evanston Township High, who she had watched impaling herself and who she had finished off herself (after accidentally cutting her ear off at the first try), and who had used her final breath to tell Jeanie that she truly hated her.

"Okay, wow?" Tracey spoke. "Drama Queen much? Geez, lighten up dork!"

Jeanie pinched her eyes shut. It wasn't possible. Tracey was dead and this... this couldn't be real. But why did it feel so real? Then it came to her.

"I-I've died, haven't I?" Jeanie said. "I've died and I've gone to hell! I'm in hell! Oh no!"

"Uhh... ouch?" Tracey answered. "Just because I'm here you think you're in hell? Guess again!"

"What!? They'd never let you in heaven! It's not possible!"

Tracey smiled, got out from behind the teacher's desk and then sat at the desk in front of Jeanie's, facing her.

"Yeah well, turns out it's not as black and white as they told us in church." Tracey said. "Which is good for you since you know, bloody murdered me like a deranged axe killer!"

"What!? You killed yourself!" Jeanie answered. "You literally impaled yourself!"

"Because you were chasing me! And I was very much still alive before you cleaved my head in two, when you know, you cut off my ear first? Which has healed quite nicely thanks for asking!"

Tracey whipped her hair back and showed Jeanie the ear she had cut off by accident, prior to ending Tracey's life.

"And that axe in my head hurt like hell." Tracey continued. "Like worst migraine ever! You shouldn't be surprised I used my final breath to curse you! Quite frankly Jeanie I should be very cross with you for killing me."

"And how many people did you kill in the days that led up to that!?" Jeanie answered. "You threw your own friends to the dead, the jocks, everyone to save your own life!"

"Hmpf! You can't prove that!"

"I literally saw you stab Arthur in the leg so he'd get eaten by the dead! Which is why I got angry and chased you, and you impaled yourself!"

"Well okay yeah, you got me there I guess..."

Tracey then grinned at Jeanie. She did have those dirty knees and Arthur did go far out of his way to protect Jeanie the day of the outbreak though, didn't he?

"I just remembered!" Tracey said. "You and Arthur had a thing going didn't you? I remember your pants all dirty at the knees that day. You blew him, didn't you you little minx? Tell me, was it good? First time? All sloppy? Did he cum in your..."

"ENOUGH! I didn't!" Jeanie responded. "I'm not you, I'd never do that! I was sixteen at the time for Pete's sake!"

"So? I was younger when I gave my first BJ... But don't act like you weren't sweet on Arthur. So you totally should have, I mean shit... I would. I was dead a week later so you never know... Although I'd pick a super cute guy, not a fat piece of shit like him. I mean did you hear what he said to me that day?"

Jeanie got up and slammed her fist onto the desk, bending over and looking Tracey straight in the eye face to face.

"Arthur was the first person ever in that hellhole of a school to ever stand up for me!" Jeanie said with her teeth clenched together. "And it still pisses me off to this day that Mrs. McGillicuddy was going to send the two of us to the principal rather than you! So you keep his name out of your whore mouth, or so help me Tracey I will kill you all over again in the afterlife and rest assured I will take my sweet time this time around. And if you respawn I will do it all over again, even if I have to do it for the rest of eternity!"

Tracey's jaw dropped, then she smiled and clapped her hands.

"Whoo, there she is!" Tracey spoke. "There's the Jeanie that killed me! Whoo! Man, if you had stood up to me like that back in school I'd have been scared shitless and leave you the hell alone! Damn, I might've even be friends with you! Could've been handy, a crazy friend so people would know never to mess with me. Not that they'd ever would though."

"No thanks, I saw what you did to your friends." Jeanie said. "They trusted you and you fed'em to the dead!"

"I wouldn't try that with you though! Respect!"

Jeanie sat down again and sighed. What was she supposed to do now?

"So what now?" Jeanie asked. "I'm supposed to sit here with you for the rest of eternity? If so, then this really is hell."

"Hey I'll have you know I got into the VIP of heaven alright?" Tracey answered. "God loves everyone, but He really loved me!"

"But you made people's life a living hell, and when the world ended you even started killing them to save your own life?"

"Yeah well, like I said; turns out it's not that black and white. More like a gray area. Which is why He isn't pissed with you for killing me. He's talking about turning me into one of his angels I'll have you know!"

"Uh-huh. Good thing the world ended then. I'd hate to see the poor bastards who'd have you to look over them!"

"Okay talking like that isn't going to get you anywhere once you die dork! Gawd, I was starting to like this new you, and now you're beginning to get all lame again!"

"Wait... what?"

Jeanie frowned and looked at Tracey, who got up, walked up and down, and then stood in front of Jeanie's desk.

"Yeah, I might've forgotten to mention you're not dead." Tracey said. "Okay, I totally didn't tell you on purpose but congratulations dork you're not dead you're very much still alive!"

"What!? So why am I... why am I here then!?" Jeanie answered. "What is this!?"

"I don't know, it's like this face-your-greatest-fear kind of thing? Those crazies drugged you up in the hopes you'd like, see their bogus god and start to fear him or something but it turns out all the while your greatest fear was me. Which, is flattering really."

Jeanie started thinking... the so-called trials, being drugged... none of this was real. And if it was meant to make her fear Dagon, they had failed because subconsciously she still feared Tracey Brennan, and being treated like Tracey treated her still scared her more than anything. But that wasn't necessary anymore. The kids at New Haven; Gwendy, RJ, Steve and all the others treated her with kindness and respect. They appreciated her and took her the way she was. She even had a best friend now; Terry. And if someone like Tracey was to come along at some point, they'd never stand for any kind of bullying. And more importantly, Jeanie would never have to face any kind of threat or danger alone anymore.

"But... I'm not afraid of you anymore." Jeanie spoke. "And I'm not alone anymore. There's people that love and care for me, and would die to protect me, as I would for them."

Jeanie's trusty axe appeared in her hands, the very one she had taken from Tracey, had killed her with, and still served her to this day.

"Oh... goodie." Tracey sighed as she sat down. "Just don't fuck up this time huh? I'm not in the mood for another killer headache. And watch the face!"

Jeanie held the axe above her head, ready to once more cleave Tracey's head in two.

"And do try to stay alive huh?" Tracey said. "And I'm not saying that because I care about you, because like seriously, I hate your living guts. I just don't want you dorking up the place, we got a good thing going in the afterlife. You'd only bring it down."

"Oh Tracey, once I get there; me and the rest of the dorks are gonna take over the place." Jeanie answered. "Count on it. GOODNIGHT!"

With a mighty swing the axe once more made its way to Tracey's head. This time around, Jeanie's eyes were wide open and it cleaved Tracey's head clean in two, all the way down to her neck. And then...

Jeanie woke up, coughing her lungs out. The black wine once more made its way up and she puked it out. She coughed a few times more before realizing her legs were still sore and she was cold as hell. Daylight had set in but somehow she felt invigorated, and was determined to escape along with everyone else. The cultists' plan to get her to see and start fearing Dagon had backfired.

Jeanie tried looking over her shoulders to see if the others had woken up yet, but it seemed they were still induced in their drug induced nightmares. That didn't deter her from looking for a way out though. Her mind was still a bit of a haze, but once it cleared up these cultists were going to be in trouble.

Terry bawled his fists as he saw Jeanie being force fed the black wine and he let the cultists have a piece of his mind. "Get your fucking hands off her you piece of shit! Quit touching-" said Terry although his voice was shaking he as he stopped himself as he felt a machete pressed against his neck and it was no other than the guy in the mask the one called Hunter. "You will keep that tongue quiet or I will remove it." said the Hunter. Terry kept quiet and as he did one after another they were forced to drink this black wine. Then it was Terry's turn and he took it without fighting back as the Hunter still had his blade on him. Once he drank the black wine the Hunter took his blade off Terry's neck and took a step back as he watched Terry drift off to sleep.

He woke up at school but instead of being in class he woke up in next to his locker. "Oh man what the heck happened?" asked Terry. He looked around and could see blood and guts everywhere. Soon screams were coming from a classroom and people were running out and that's when he decided to bounce. He ran into the gym where he saw his brother and the other football players barricading the doors. "Alex!" yelled Terry. Terry's older brother turned around and looked at his younger brother with a smirk. "What's going on here Alex?" asked Terry to Alex. With the doors barricaded finally the football players took a breather and the two brothers sat down on the bleachers. "Hold on Alex you died I mean...I saw it." said Terry to Alex who nodded. "Yeah and I'm still dead. My corpse is rotting back at our school but still it's all good at least you got out." said Alex to Terry. "Hey Alex I'm sorry I-" said Terry before he was cutoff by Alex. "Don't be sorry man. Don't ever be sorry for anything not anymore." said Alex to Terry. A moment of silence went by before Alex spoke up. "You need to let me go bro. It's not your fault I'm dead. Besides I was never a good person to begin with, I was a total asshole to everyone so it's probably a good thing I kicked the bucket early." said Alex to Terry who just remained quiet and he reached out placing his hand on his brother's shoulder. "I forgive you." said Terry to his brother.

Alex smiled and the two brothers turned to look at the barricade that was falling apart. Alex stood up and put on his football helmet and he looked at Terry who was just armed with a pencil. "Alright bro! Let's fuck them up!" yelled Alex to Terry and the other football players. The football players charged at the dead as did Terry who raised his pencil up ready to at least go out fighting.

He then woke up vomiting the black wine and even though he was weak in this moment his will to live had not broken. His eyes shifted over to Jeanie and he have her a weak nod and a smile showing that he was still here.

It had been two weeks since Jake and Laura were kidnapped and everyone was getting restless. Sara and her friends were trying to find leads but nothing was coming up and the bikers were doing patrols around Bar Harbor and the surrounding area but came up short. It was time for the meeting with the communities and then once that was done Sara and Ysabel were gunna fight in the pit. So today was gunna be a busy one for sure, Troy in his kitchen drinking some coffee. He had never been a fan of it but he needed a caffeine boost in the morning especially if he was going to be dealing with Frank and whatever scumbags he brought with him. He was staring out the window when Ysabel hugged him from behind and gently kissed his neck. "Morning babe." said Ysabel tired. Troy smiled and turned to her as he gave her a kiss. "Morning Rockstar." said Troy to Ysabel. It was then Ysabel remembered about the kids. "Oh shit I gotta back the kids lunch-" said Ysabel before she was cutoff by Troy. "I already took care of it. Sophia and Rosa are already at school I figured I would let you sleep in since it's your big day." said Troy to Ysabel who looked confused and then she realized. "Ah right I get to fight that bitch Sara." said Ysabel in an uncaring tone. Troy just chuckled and shook his head lightly. "Just be safe and don't worry I have Kelly coming over to help train you." said Troy to Ysabel who smiled. and kissed her man. "So thoughtful of you." said Ysabel softly.

The two lovers shared one last kiss before Troy left heading over to the Demon Dogs bar and on the way there he could see Mark at the gate with two other guards and he decided to pay him a quick visit. "Yo Mark!" said Troy loud enough to get his attention. Mark turned around and gave Troy a nod walking over towards the biker. "Hey Troy what's up?" asked Mark to Troy. "Nothing much just waiting for this damn meeting to start but other then that how are those kids that showed up at the gate the other day?" asked Troy to Mark. "Well Cassie saved the one kid who had an arrow in him and the other two are with him right now. The kid who was shot his name is Donnie and the other two I don't remember. But you should go see Cassie sometime." said Mark to Troy who smirked "Will do." said Troy and with that he was off heading to the Demon Dogs bar. As he walked in he saw Cutler working out, Roger sitting in his usual bar stool stacking cards trying to build a house and Paco leaning against the wall smoking a cigarette. But Max and Grant were not around. "Where's Max and Grant?" asked Troy to his brothers. Paco took a hit off his cigarette before answering him. "They are at the garage working on the Militia trucks." said Paco to Troy who nodded.

It was then he heard the all to familar sounds of bikes coming in. "Well let's go see these clowns but remember guys play nice." said Troy to his brothers. Once Cutler got on his shirt and vest they were off to go see the Hell-Riders.

Mark opened the gates for Frank and his men and once they were inside they parked near the garage. Frank lit a cigarette and took a drag off it before smirking as he looked around. "Damn this place has seen some improvements since last time." said Frank with a chuckle. The Demon Dogs met with the Hell-Riders and as they did Troy just stared down Frank who just smirked at his former brother. "Come on Fox is that anyway to treat a brother?" asked Frank to Troy.

"I told you Frank we're not brothers anymore." said Troy to Frank who smirked and nodded. "Right, right whatever you say." said Frank softly. It was then Frank looked over Troy's vest and noticed it said 'President of the Demon Dogs'. "Wow look at you President of the Demon Dogs how cute." said Frank sarcastically. As he said that a few of the Hell-Riders laughed but Troy ignored it. "Meeting is going to be happening soon just gotta wait for the-" said Troy before he was cutoff by the sound of Army Humvees coming in. "Perfect timing." said Troy as he saw Jack and his men pull up.

At New Haven, RJ, Kylie-Mae and Steve were just about ready to get Donnie to Bar Harbor, having gotten the injured boy into a kart which got pulled by RJ's horse Cookie. RJ hated leaving things with Gwendy so sourly, so she had attempted to try and get Gwendy to come along, because she was good with a gun and knew how to handle herself under pressure. Unfortunately, Gwendy refused and they had once more gotten into a heated argument about whether or not they should go to Bar Harbor.

"You wanna get yourself killed Texas, fine! Go ahead!" Gwendy yelled. "But don't drag the others into this! The moment you arrive in Bar Harbor is the moment we're all done for!"

"Get it through your dang thick skull Gwendy! If we don't get help, we're all done for!" RJ replied. "We can't handle another attack like that! We kicked their asses and they still killed Yui and took Jeanie and Terry! We need serious help! The days of us hiding from everything and everyone are done! If those assholes come back we're dead!"

"We're dead if you go to Bar Harbor! You have no idea what they're capable of, what they did to me and my family and that was before the world went to shit!"

RJ just couldn't anymore. The decision had already been made by Steve to bring Donnie to Bar Harbor, and she wasn't about to listen to Gwendy coming up with ideas that involved shooting him.

"Gwen, last time... would you please pick up a dang gun and come with us?" RJ spoke. "You're a good shot and if not for Donnie and me, would you at least do so to watch over Steve's bacon?"

"Goddammit RJ! Have you not been listening to a word I've been saying!?" Gwendy answered. "They see me and they'll kill me on the spot! And they'll kill you and the others just for knowing me!"

"So what's so damn bad about'em you can't tell us what they did to you huh!? Would ya mind finally enlighten us, considering we'd be risking our lives going to'em? Huh?"

Gwendy turned her back and pondered on whether or not to tell RJ. But decided it best not to if she didn't want the other kids to think less of her.

"It doesn't matter!" Gwendy answered. "The less you know the better! What matters is they'll automatically assume you know if you so much as breathe my name and they'll kill you for it!"

"GOD-DANGIT GWEN!" RJ shouted in a final mood of frustration. "I'm so sick of you being so dang enigmatic! Fuck it!"

RJ stormed off and got behind the reigns of the kart. She was so done with Gwendy and her secrets. Gwendy walked over to Steve and looked him square in the eyes.

"You listen to me Steve." Gwendy said. "If a man called Faraday is in charge, you leave Donnie and you get them the hell out you hear!? You run and don't look back! And whatever you do, don't tell anyone there that you know me! They'll put a bullet in you just for saying my name!"

Gwendy then walked off into the school to do God knows what. RJ had sharp hearing, so she had heard what Gwendy had told Steve. A little while later they were off to meet their doom, if they were to believe Gwendy.

A few days later...

As far as entrances went, getting into Bar Harbor went very smooth. Upon arrival, their weapons were taken away but returned shortly after. Donnie got the medical care he so very much needed and everyone else got a check-up as well. Later on, RJ and the others were clothed and fed three square meals a day, and they got to sleep in a warmed tent in the town. It seemed a custom to meet the town's leader as well, but like them the Bar Harborians, who referred to themselves as Mariners, had gotten attacked by the crazy fish people as well and suffered losses too. So the town's leader had been preoccupied with meeting the other community leaders. Like Gwendy had predicted, the Mariners' commander was indeed someone called Faraday, but it turned out it was a she, not a he; a woman called Mallory who was the daughter of the town's former sheriff, most likely the man Gwendy had been referring to.

They had yet to meet the woman, but she had already ordered a convoy back to New Haven to get the rest of the kids there. Kylie-Mae had volunteered to go back with them to show the way, leaving just RJ and Steve, along with Donnie in the hospital behind in Bar Harbor.

RJ sat on the steps of the high school, which now functioned as the militia headquarters waiting. Previously, a group of kids dressed her age in military surplus M65 battle fatigues had passed her, going inside.

A little while later, RJ was tapped on the shoulder by one of them. A girl whose long blonde hair looked like golden strains.

"Hi, you're with those New Haven kids right?" Kinsley said. "I've been asked to tell you that they're on their way back and they're all safe."

"Whoa, that's a relief." RJ replied. "We feared those crazy ass cultists might've gotten to them."

"Nah, no worries. They got them all. And I heard you guys caught one of those bastards alive? That's amazing!"

"More like sheer luck, but thanks... uhh... private?"

"Patterson! Well... Kinsley. Sorry, a lot of people calling me by my last name lately. Used to be just one person doing that..."

"Well thank you for letting me know Kinsley, much appreciated."

"Don't mention it... be seeing ya... ehm?"

"RJ."

"Right! See ya later RJ!"

Kinsley seemed spry, well-mannered and friendly. RJ had noticed the cuts and bruises on Kinsley though, as well as the discoloration on her right hand, between her thumb and index finger, the kind you got from shooting a gun after a certain amount of time. And RJ had sniffed gun powder as well, and had seen the dirt on Kinsley's uniform, especially around her elbows and knees. RJ knew Kinsley had been training, most likely in the event those fish folk would attack. It made RJ think for a while; she could swear Kinsley was the same age as her. But Kinsley seemed to know how to act like a soldier.

RJ then went to find Steve, and found him in their tent.

"So good news... they're on the way back with our people." RJ said to Steve. "How do you wanna handle the Gwendy situation though? Think it's true they'll kill us all if they see her with us?"

RJ sat on the bed next to Steve. She hoped for all their sakes Gwendy was telling bullshit, hell everything she told them about Bar Harbor seemed one big lie but on the off chance that it was true, things could turn ugly very quick.

A Few Days Ago

Steve had been sitting with his hands clasped below his mouth thinking, listening to RJ and Gwendy argue with each other, shit kept hitting the fan and the fact that Bar Harbor was their only option didn't make it any easier for him because he knew how against the idea that Gwendy was but they given no other choice "Gwen I hate having to do this but after that attack we don't really have much of a choice, they came and took two of our own, killed the third and severely injured a fourth. I even struggled to get one of them down myself they are like monsters and despite us wanting to stay by ourselves we struggled and we need people on our side."

Steve stood up when Gwendy came up to him "Sorry Gwendy, but don't worry I will take your advice about if there is a man called Farady we'll get out of there, just be safe and keep an eye on the place when we aren't here okay" Steve did a light smile as he began walking towards the direction RJ went to so they could prepare to leave.

Now

Steve had been surprised with how welcoming the people of Bar Harbor were, he didn't take it for granted though and decided to stay on his toes because he wanted to take Gwendy's word for it because he knew people in the new world appearing friendly but always having ulterior motives, despite the person who Gwendy was talking about was dead and it was now run by a woman by the same name if Gwendy told him to be wary of the man, he would be wary of the woman despite them never meeting this just made him more uneasy but he was hoping he would have got to meet her when they arrived but he heard it was due to them also being attacked by the fish people they couldn't meet her which bummed Steve out but he understood.

Steve had been spinning his bat back and forth between his open hands thinking all of this to himself when RJ walked in he placed the bat down to avoid accidentially hitting her and then placing it near the bed and sitting down he listened to what RJ was saying "That's great to hear, let's make this place as comfortable as possible who knows what those freaks did to them and about Gwendy it's better to keep that on the down low, I don't know these people very well so they might act friendly but they could be completely different, Gwendy trusted us not to tell them so it's best to not do so, I'll wait until we return to New Haven and talk to Gwendy about it to see what she wants us to do."

Maria had been training along side the other cadets but for now she had a moment to take a break and was drinking for her bottle when she noticed Ayako and her father getting ready to leave as they were heading towards the gate. "Hey Ayako where are you heading?" said Maria as she caught up to Ayako and her father. "Out." said Ayako as she simply replied. We're they going on a run? If so did they inform Mallory or Claudia about it? "Well can I join-" said Maria before she was cutoff by Ayako's father, Toshiro. "We are heading out on a hunt but don't worry we'll be back soon." said Toshiro calmly to Maria who nodded. Maria knew of Ayako's father and his sword training. It was intense to watch especially if someone got out of line but while his methods were intense it paid off. "Open the gates!" yelled Mark to the soldiers below and as they opened Ayako and Toshiro left the safe community. They weren't going on a hunt in fact they were going to visit Kenji's grave. Ayako had him buried outside of Bar Harbor away from the community as she feared his grave would have been defiled if buried in the community.

Maria watched as they left but still every time that her people went out she was always worried for them. She was distracted by her thoughts as Monk came running over to her. She kneeled down to him using her good leg as support. "Hey boy where's William at?" asked Maria to Monk who just simply barked at her. Maria just smiled and stood up letting Monk lead the way as he brought her to Johnny who was wearing a vest he decided to join the Demon Dogs instead of the Militia but he was a prospect like Grant and a few others. "Wow look at you nice threads." said Maria to Johnny who smirked.

"Yeah well I figured I would honor the old man. My dad was a biker before he died. He rode with War Boys before he died so I thought what the hell it's in our blood anyway." said Johnny to Maria who chuckled. "Where are the War Boys now?" asked Maria to Johnny who shrugged. "Either dead or undead." said Johnny to Maria who nodded. It was then their conversation was interrupted by Max, one of the members of the Demon Dogs. "Hey Prospect get your ass over here and help me with the bikes!" said Max loudly to Johnny who looked back at Maria. "I'll see ya later!" said Johnny to Maria as he ran off to go help Max in the garage. Maria then walked around and noticed Kinsley talking with RJ one of the people from New Haven. Once they were done talking Maria walked over to Kinsley. "You doing okay? You see Johnny is trying out for the Demon Dogs." said Maria with a chuckle. "It's fitting to be honest. The MC here is kind of like a band of misfits when you think about it." said Maria to Kinsley.

Cassie was working in the hospital as usual but now she was trying to step up and be a doctor. She studied day and night and was burnt out a bit from the studying but she wanted to step up for the people of Bar Harbor. She felt somewhat lucky that Odessa had stepped up as well deciding to work in the kitchen with Mikayla although Cassie did inform Miks to keep a close eye on her. She went over what patents she had to take care of for the day and she went over to Donnie's room to check in on him. "Hey how's my superstar doing?" asked Cassie to Donnie as she smiled at him. Donnie smiled back and he gave a thumbs up showing to her that he felt good at the very least.

"I'm good thanks for taking care of me Nurse Hottie. So when I get out of here how about we go get dinner?" asked Donnie to Cassie who just chuckled and smirked. "Maybe when you're a few years older." said Cassie jokingly. "Alright I gotta check on your injury." said Cassie. She put on her gloves and carefully removed the bandage from his shoulder seeing if it was infected or not. "How's it lookin?" asked Donnie to Cassie who answered him a few moments later. "It's fine just gunna change your bandage real quick." said Cassie to Donnie. She then changed his bandage and after that was done she decided to go inform the people who came with him. "Hey Doctor Grey I'm gunna step out and inform Donnie's people about his condition." said Cassie to Doctor Grey who nodded. "Carry on." said Doctor Grey. Cassie then left the hospital going to find Donnie's people.

She walked down to the tents and it was honestly tough to tell who was from Wisconsin, the New Haven people or from Jack's group. It seemed like as if they were all settling for a Burning Man concert with all the tents they had up.

It was then she found the leader Steve and his female companion whose name she forgot. "Hey guys." said Cassie softly as she smiled at them. "Just wanted to update you guys on Donnie's condition. Sévèrine woke up from a dreamless sleep. Her eyelids were heavy and her vision was blurry. She pinched her eyes a couple of times hoping it would become clearer, but for the moment all she was able to make out were several shapes and colors. Even more foggier than her view was her mind; she couldn't focus and her head spun around something fierce. She coughed; her throat felt sore and dry.

As her vision improved she could hear a beeping next to her; something she as a doctor recognized as the sound of a heart monitor. She looked down at her chest and saw that she was the one hooked up to it. A saturationmeter was on her left index finger as well to monitor the oxygen in her blood.

Sévèrine tried to remember what had happened. The cultists... they kidnapped her and tortured her, then the girl... she helped her escape but what had happened after that. Were there soldiers?

Her legs started to hurt, a burning sensation with several sharp pains at certain spots on her legs. Her legs! She remember; they had done bad things to it. Sévèrine was almost too afraid to lift the sheet expecting them to look terrible, but when she did she was surprised to see it wasn't that bad, a bit swollen and inflamed here and there, but apart from the hurt they didn't look at all bad. Moving them was very painful though.

She tried to sit up straight, but her muscles were sore and tense. Her back started to hurt too. How long had she been laying in this bed? Then she felt nauseous all of a sudden, her breathing sped up until finally she vomited at the side of the bed and sweat broke out all over her body.

As Sévèrine tried to collect herself, the sheet which separated her from the outside world went open and she stood eye in eye with what looked to be a... nurse?

The nurse's eyes widened, then the curtain closed as quick as it had opened. Before Sévèrine had a chance to realize what had happened the nurse shouted:

"NURSE CASSIE! NURSE CASSIE! THE FRENCH GIRL'S AWAKE! SHE'S WOKEN UP!!!"

Sévèrine's head spun as she sat upwards. Wherever she was, she knew she was about to meet to whoever was responsible for putting her in that bed and giving her care.
